Running – not the kind that requires Lycra, electrolytes, or a medal at the end, but the kind we all do without ever lacing a shoe. The running away from things we’re not ready to face. The running toward things we hope will save us. The running on the spot when life feels like a treadmill set by someone with a questionable sense of humour. We run from our pasts, we run after our futures, we run out of excuses, out of time, out of road… and occasionally, gloriously, we run free. So this show is for the the people who know that running is less about distance and more about direction.
